I've just been replacing my family's E111 forms for European reciprocla health care, only they don't exist, so you need to apply for a European Health
Insurance Card or EHIC.
Please be careful if applying on line. I came across a site which looked very official, and wanted me to stump up £15 admin. charge. Luckily,
I was distracted and never completed the transaction. When I went to do it again, I must have done a different search and ended up at the real official
site, guess what? No charge!
So, I repeat, be careful. The correct site has the NHS logo in the top right and DOESN'T charge.
