      Club should speak for us all, or does anyone actually want to pay the road tax anyway? Have they actually contacted all the classic car clubs in UK and got anything sent off collectively to dopey bo**ocks at No10? I'd be pi**ed off if they haven't.

        I think you will find that this matter is effectively covered by the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs, of which the TSSC is part.
        
        The FBHVC speak with a much louder voice than could the TSSC alone.
        
        To both 10 Downing St, and to Europe - where many laws are now formulated.
