Agreed Valuation via e-mail

I need to update my agreed valuation. Can this be done via e-mail with digital pics attached or do we still have to send in the information and photographs?

  You'll should get a straight answer if you phone the HQ rather than waiting for someone to reply here.
  My valuations are due too, but I expect you'll find you have to use the post like before as the documents need to be signed by you and a club official before sending to Footman James.
