Heater wiring

Hi Guys,

Was just wondering if anyone out there could tell "lil ol me" which switch on a 66 herald 1200 dash should operate the heater. I know there is one which controls the airflow direction and one which controls the temperature (hot or cold) but which is supposed to actually switch it on?
Sorry for my apparent ignorance on this simple matter.

If standard, your switch will be on the right handside....see attached.

  If you are meaning the actual heater controls, ie turns the heat on and off and sends the hot (ha ha) air around the car, there are two knobs that pull out, one pulls out a couple of inches, with a series of clicks, the other pulls out less with just two clicks. First one turns heat on and off (pull out for on) the second sets air distibution, in is fully off, half out is air to car and screen fuly out is air to screen only.
