Could some kind 1200 Herald owner please measure the length of their central front rubber bumper section, as my new section appears to be 3 cm too long. I
know the over-riders allow a little adjustment, but not 3 cm. All the other bumper pieces fit well but it seems I may have to cut this troublesome section
to fit; is this common?

Yes, had to cut an inch off my 1200 bumpers in February.
