  Yes. There are. Dozens.
  I have two Heralds to adjust soon and a while back on eBay auctions I spent £15 on an original set of Triumph Training manuals which show Triumph Garage employees how to do it complete with illustrations. It would surprise you just which mountings have to be shimmed to close certain gaps - it's not as straightforward as it seems! If you ever see these manuals, buy them - they're worth their weight in gold!! (If mine hadn't been borrowed within a week of purchase I could give you the finer details!! Please ------, can I have mine back... I do need them!!)
