Hi,just a quick note to say hello to fellow GT6 owners. I have just bought a 73 non rotoflex complete with Fred Flintstone floor and ventilated roof!
hopefully I am looking at a 2 year rebuild but suspect it may well be longer!
I live in Rugby so hopefully will meet with the local owners to swap tears and frustrations.
Best Regards

Hopefully it wasn't advertised as a "one owner from new, well maintained excellent example with full MOT...!!"

Hi Colin, no it wasn't but the guy did descibe it as "requiring a bit of work!" I suppose each to their own.
Its going to need new floors and sills, repair to the leading edge of the roof, bonnet repairs and some work to the boot floor so body off job and
do it properly!!at least mechanicaly engine and box sound good better get shares in BOC for the welding gas!

I suppose it's a matter of viewpoints....!! As long as you haven't been ripped off and are - dare I say - happy with the work involved: good
luck and any help you need you'll be able to ask for on the messageboard. Keep an eye on eBay for spare parts at bargain prices!
