I had a quote to rebuild my Servo from Norton back in February this year, he didn't do exchanges but could rebuild my unit, costs were:-
£175- for an internal rebuild only
£215 for fully rebuilt and refinished externally (eg beed blasted, painted etc).
£12- carriage.
Then came the crunch, he had a lot of work on and had a two month turnaround time as he is a one man band!
I couldn't wait two months so replaced my Girling servo with a nice new Lockheed one at about £150-, depends if you want originality
or not.

Ask around for customer experience with Norton - there are a few stories of excessively long reconditioning times and poor customer service -
the quality of the product seems OK it's just he doesn't seem to call back, maybe he's so good he's in demand and choked with work?
The uk.rec.cars.classic newsgroup is a good place to ask, no one owns the group and so there are some "forthright" views on there. I think
Jonathan Binington aka Binman has had some experience of Norton, are you here Binman?
