What GT6 do these seats come from??

I'm 99% sure they are mk1 GT6 seats, so 1966 to 1968.

They look just like the ones I have got in my pile for selling at Stoneleigh, only much better, and black. Mine ar beige velour....Mmmm nice!

  I think they are MK1 GT6 seats too... mine were just like that!
  The inner part of the seat is created by the gearbox tunnel cushions... whatever they are called...

    Gt6 Mk1 seats - actually very supportive and comfortable, compared to the later Mk3 seats.

      THey could be MK1s or MK2's,difficult to tell from the photo as they look pretty much the same.
      
      Picture of MK1s enclosed (as in John Tomason's excellent book on Spit & GT6 originality, hope this doesn't infringe copyright John, if anything this is sort of an advert fot your book!

        Here is the MK2's, as you can se they look very similar, apprantly the squabs are a bit thinner to improve headrooom though.....

        your only hope will possibly be Terry Murphy in Chelmsford, he still breaks cars.
        
        If not, try US Ebay, or hold out for Stoneleigh, there may be a set there.
        
        Those things are as rare as rocking horse droppings I thunk.

        Couldn't find the posting about the windscreen, so seats will have to do.
        
        Went through the pile Sunday, they all have some scratching, either from wipers, or where there has been tarpaulins over them.
        
        So about that.
        
        Looks like another reason for you to go to Stoneleigh.

        as to wind sreen, I am after a very good one, so thanks anyway
        as to seats, thanks, have had a look and they seem a bit on the tierd side
        but thanks all the same guys,
        so still need some seats and a windscreen PLEASE

        Your best bet may be to break the existing windscreen accidentally and get a new one on the insurance.
        
        Triplex ones ahven't been made for years so I reckon you may be stuck with a laminated one.

        Come on Piero, it can't be THAT far away, after all it's still on the same island! Where's your sense of adventure? I'm driving to Stoneleigh next week for a few rubber bits.. and a radiator... and some clips... and a few panels... and a rear light... and maybe a boot lid...
