your better off putting in cortina/sierra studs, they are thicker and go into the original triumph holes (need to chamfer the inner edge of the head to
45 degrees to make it's sillouette more like a screw head than a cheese head - if you see what I mean?). Available from motor factors, they'll do
various lengths of M12

front hubs are easy just take them off, rears are easy on the car if your non-rotoflex (as there are holes in the appropriate place to pass the longer
studs through from the back).
if rotoflex, I just pulled the outer hub bit off to do it (for rear clearance).
It's a very good upgrade,
