What size & thread locking wheel nuts for a GT6?

Hi, I'm looking to get some new locking wheel nuts for my GT6. However I can't find any reference to what diameter or thread size I need to get. It's for one of the last MKIII models. The car has minilites fitted - from reading other threads here this may affect the taper & size of nut I need?

I guess I can take one of the existing nuts along to the shop for comparison but I don't know whether thread pitch etc is important?

The HBoL, parts book, and autodata book are all silent on the specs of the wheel studs - surprise

  Standard thread size is 3/8" UNF.
  
  Things to look at are: Is the part of the nut that holds the wheel on flat or tapered? Do they actually match the wheels you have, if not you should replace them all.
  
  Is the part of the nut that holds the wheel on a washer rather than part of the main nut itself? Generally it's a washer but some times it isn't as it doesn't need to be if the wheels have steel inserts around the nut holes.
  
  If the nut extends down inside the hole of the wheel, you need to know the diameter here. This is generally the case if the nut is flat not tapered.
  
  With this information a supplier like MWS should be able to help.
  
  If it is tapered, with a washer, but not going down inside, then early Metro should do. Thread size is same as Mini, which may help. A local Mini specialist might be a good place to visit.
  
  If you can find out who made your wheels (Minilite themselves or someone else) a supplier of these wheels should be able to help. The club do the aluminium Minilites (?); MWS, and others, do Minilights, which are copies, and also a large selection of nuts.
