flooding rear su carb

Thought I would have another go.Just in from work, courtesy of a lift.Car sitting on drive, looking fantastic and entising,oh if it was'nt for that troublesome carb.Problem does'nt seem to be the float needle or float,i have changed them both even swapped front to rear, problem still exists in rear carb.In my previous message which I think I posted in the wrong section, apologies, as i said new to all this,i explained that a "tuning specialist" had been on monday and put a washer on the offending carb float needle,i had thought of doing this myself. The car was then run stationary, for about 15 minutes up and down the rev range and up to temperature no flooding,i was momentarily happy until the next day.5 mins of actual driving, petrol pouring out of overflow pipe on rear carb, anyone any ideas, fuel pump?Something blocked, help, mechanic back this monday more money for an obvious but incorrect remedy,i could do with some pointers.By the way Hs6 carbs K@N filters,no inline fuel filter.
