Hi guys
Its probably an age old question, so you'll have to excuse me.
I have seen somethreads about HS6's but not for HS4's - i have a pair like new and keep wondering to fit them or not. (Any benefits, other than no
diaphrams and appearance?)
Mainly, what bits would i need - i know about adapter plates but thats as far really.
Use linkage on SU's?
Which needles?
anything else?
Thanks guys, apologies if over old ground

Hi, I put SU HS6's on my mk3. I had to buy 2 adaptor plates from Moss, so they would fit the inlet manifold. If you use K&N air filters, as I did.
You will need to also replace the carbs damper springs, which is 'Yellow' AUC1167. Also you will need to replace the needles, again for HS6 with
K&N's the code from MOSS was BAM. Sorry I have no info for HS4's.
Hope this helps or give MOSS a ring, they helped me.
