  In a word, probably! If you look in previous postings here or in Vitesse section, you will probably find some recommendations on what needles to try.

  If you fit a 6:2:1 manifold then you will be looking at less than 90 bhp on standard carbs - these manifolds do not work and produce less power than a standard cast manifold.
  
  The primary pipe configuration is completely wrong and do not work as an extractor manifold - they just look good against the standard cast one.
  
  This is not want you want to here but its the truth - we have a lot to thank Garath Thomas for his original 6:3:1 manifold design.
