Hi, I have lost my wipers, my indicators, my petrol gauge, and my temp gauge all at the same time,
headlights ok, brake lights ok, side lights ok .
the guy I bought my mk111 from rebuilt it himself incl new wiring loom, He made several balls up,s in other areas which were fixed by Chick Doig, is this
another one ?
anybody help with suggestions.

Robert, I think you should check the fuse box, these may be covered by the same fuse. odd that all these things should go at the same time if it's not
the fuse or fuse connections.

fuse between white circuit and green circuit.
Check the fuse, it could be the fuse itself or poor contact at the fuse box.

I posted virtually the same problem nearly 2 years ago - it was down to the contact being poor in the top fuse in the fuse box.
Apparently quite common. A good clean up of the contacts and you should be away..
Of course if the fuse has blown make sure you find out where the problem is or it won't go away.

Had a similar problem on my Spit that appeared to be from the fusebox as grabbing and wiggling the loom there got them all going again, but in
fact it turned out to be a bad connection at the ignition switch module, same wires different location.
