Hi
A silly question that will make everyone point their fingers at me.
How do I remove the wiper blade? Do I unscrew the large nut or just pull it out with brute force?
The spring in the wiper arm has decided to go to heaven so I need a new wiper.
Regards,
Peter K

You just pull them off. Use some leverage if they're stiff...

...and be careful when you put the new one on. Be patient, they can be (and should be) a tight fit on the splines. I ended up gouging my paintwork
slightly when the spline base shifted. Should there be a rubber grommet between the wiper base and the body??

Hi
Thanks for the replies. Just realised that I used wrong phrase, I was thinking of the wiper arm rather the rubber blade itself. How do I remove
the arm itself?
I apologise for my dyslectic brain - it sometimes does this to me. One day it will really get me into trouble - I might have to drown it in
beer before.
Cheers,
Peter
