Hi New member who is replacing old bumpers with new. Dead simple remove 4 bolts and replace but problem is do I have to remove the petrol tank to get to
two bolts on passenger side - I bet someone has done this and has a simple answer but I know the side bolts will no doubt be rusted solid as the bumpers I
have just bought had broken bolts which had to be drilled out. Ralph

I got the bumper off my GT6 without removing the tank - all you need is a spanner for the external bit, socket wrench for the internal bit, a torch and
a lot of patience ! The interior panel that goes over the wheel arch needs to come off, but that is easy enough to remove and re-fit, the tricky part
is just finding the bolt, but it can be done if you can see it using the torch and then guide the socket onto it with your hands. You might get a few
scrapes from the wheel arch, and ideally you should get someone to help you by holding the spanner on the outer part of the bolt as it is not an easy
job, but like I said it can be done. Good luck, Tim
