Having tried all the know Triumph dealers and screen suppliers RAC and the like ,I find that it is ,up to now,impossible to locate a tailgate glass with
operational heated element.
Has any one any ideas other than a sticky on thing,paint stick, or breathing heavier in winter?
No answers on a postcard please, as we have to put back together this week.

There were quite a few 2nd hand GT6 tailgates for sale at SEM this year, I don't know if any of them had operational rear screen heaters though but
there seems to be alot of 2nd hand ones about at the moment....
I believe that although the rear screens fitted to earlier GT6's have vertical rather than horizontal elements the glass is the same shape in fact my
understanding is that the rear tailgate pressing is the same for all MK's of GT6. So if you can put up with vertical elements and see a screen fror
sale with working elemnts from a MKII then go for it.
If you do find a suitable repair solution then please post the result here as currently the one in my MKIII only has 3 working elements!
