  On the recommendation of Mark Field, I used Avos on my rotaflex Vitesse. He does sell them, but he was right, they are excellent.

    Cheers John. I think I'm going to have to get some then, running rotoflex on standard shox after having Koni before is rather soft, and i'm getting fed up.
    
    Anyone had to fit spacers for their lowered front springs to fit on top of the spring? I've got some 'home' made ones at the moment, but they're not thick enough, and the bonnet is eating my tyres away!!!! I can't find anyone who stocks them - I tried Jigsaw, Paddocks, and Canley.

      I think that TriumphTune (Moss) list them in various thicknesses.

        ...to make it official (I am a GT6 owner) MOSS Europe sell them in three thicknesses. 0.625", 0.825" 1.25" (from memory). I bought a set of 1.25's on my way to work on day, fitted them in the car park (15mins) and drove to work - wasn't even late!
        
        I have them fitted to my MK1 which has 'fast road' spings and Spax (adjustable) shocks. The ride before was a little soft and 'wandery' with the standard set up. Now it is perfect - speed bumps no problem - and there are a LOT of them around here
        
        I counted 42 on my daily trip into work!
        
        I just want to stiffen the rear a bit now - bit bouncy, bouncy.

          cheers fellas. i'll be on to them today. do you know if they fit between the spring and the turret or directly underneath the three nuts on top, do you know. (15 mins Nig ... i'm trying to figure how you did it that quick).

            They actually slot into the spring and go on top of it. There's a little collar that goes into the ID.

              oh, which branch did you get 'em from? I've ordered 3/8 inch ones from Moss in Bristol, and they said they were the only ones they have for spitfire/GTs. They mount between plate and turret i think ... now i'm scratching my head as to whether or not they'll lift the bonnet enough off my 175/60s ... fingers crossed for the MOT on Saturday!

                I always use the Hanworth branch as they are five minutes away from my house!
                
                They brought out a selection for me to choose from as I didn't know what size I wanted. I bought the BIG ones and the car sit perfectly now.

                  strange, cos they said that you couldn't get the biggest ones any more as there had been problems. oh well, should hopefully be able to try them out tomorrow night.
