Hi,
Finally found the culprit for the anoying banging noise from the rear end over bumps!!!!!!!!!!
Nestled in the back wing is a relay (????????) with no cover and poor connections.
Cant see any reference to this on any wiring diagram or manual.
Anyone else have one or seen one like this before (see pic)?????????
Have padded it out now to stop it banging into the rear wing........

It is a night dimming relay. triumph in their wisdom fitted this to GT6, Dolomite and big saloons to stop you getting dazzled at night!! Best thing is
to junk it and join the wires together.
