Booking for the breakfasts however is required the night before so if anyone is thinking of arriving early Sat morning and wants to book a breakfast can you let us know by Fri eve.

Archery definitely on in the camping field. "Have a go" going to be available at £1 for 4 arrows. Bargain. Fancy yourself as Kevin Costner? Here's your chance!
Plus with an offer from Colin of Derwent Valley to make an appearance in green tights over the weekend...where will you get better entertainment?-

Bookings coming in thick and fast at present...nearly doubled the amount of cars that we had last year already.
Booking not necessary - weather promises to be excellent (so far) - why not turn up and join in the fun this weekend.-

A great big well done to all at Notts Area for a fantastic weekend. It was obvious that a lot of hard work by all the team had gone into making it a great success.
It was worth getting dressed up as Robin Hood complete with green tights just to see Claire's face and the few seconds of silence that followed whilst she recovered from the shock.
A big thank you to everyone who made a contribution to my collection...we raised £63 which has been donated to the British Heart Foundation.-

Thanks to everyone who attended the weekend and made it the huge success it was. Although the runs weren't quite as successful as last year due to last minute change of venues it didn't detract at all from the general spirit of things.
The archers were amazed at the atmosphere and good spirits at Oxton and have already rang us to say they would love to come again next year (other obligations permitting).
What can we say to Colin - he stole the show at the weekend. Many thanks to Angie and Colin for being such good sports and to anyone who missed it.....wait for the photos!!!! -

Just a few words to say how much Ron & I enjoyed the Robin Hood Rally, Notts area's camping weekend.The pie & peas supper was most welcome on arrival & the carvery breakfasts in the pub were excellent, as were the barbecues during the weekend.The weather was superb, and we had a really good turnout.Anybody who didn't attend missed a great weekend!The runs out to Cresswell Craggs & Hardwick Hall were very enjoyable & taking home the trophy for "Car of the Show" was the icing on the cake.Our thanks to Claire & Nigel for all their hard work, & to everybody else who helped to make the Robin Hood Rally a weekend to remember......Josie & Ron Bond Equipe owners, Notts Area.-

OMG!!! I still think you should have shaved your legs before putting on the tights!! Maybe we could have a charity waxing session I am sure we could raise more than a few quid on that-
