10 Countries Run 8-12 September 2005

All,
I'm amazed - the 10CR is about to start and there is nothing here about it!
I know that it is a Club Triumph event (See: http://www.club.triumph.org.uk/ ), maybe everybody knows about it, but in the interests of inter-club conviviality and just in case:

Start: The Plough, Crews Hill. Enfield (Nr.J24, M25) at 1330 on Thursday the 8th. All welcome to see off the field of FORTY SEVEN cars!

Course (TBA at the Plough) will take us through France, Switzerland, Monaco, Italy, Austria, Lichtenstein, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and back to the UK, for ten. Many passes to be stormed, laps of the Nurburgring to be driven (the target is ten minutes - anything that poofter Clarkson can do!) and back to Blighty and the Plough in three and a half days.

NÃ¼rburgring - 10 minutes in a Diesel Jag !!!! for Jeremy Clarkson
or 10 minutes and 12 seconds in a Transit Van (I think it was also a Diesel) - Sabine Schmidt, the resident "pro".

I'll be at the Plough on Thursday to see you all off !

    the yellow bananana and I shall be there to make sure Binman & Davies fly catching team (in their teeth) set off - 47 cars! Interesting to see how these things snowball from first to second year! (LeMans ring a bell Phil?)
