Any member who purchased items at Stoneleigh from Chic Doig should be aware that he had his entire takings stolen in the cashbox just before the end of the show; obviously cash transactions will not be affected but anyone paying by credit card or cheque should contact Chic at 01592 722999 or 01592 722666 and check your transaction with him. It's possible that credit card numbers may be used off the stolen slips or attempts made to cash the cheques through a third party, so ring Chic and have any outstanding cheques cancelled before they are cashed and have any card transactions checked thoroughly.
Any member who noticed anything suspicious should let Chic know so details can be passed to the Police.
