Even though this years sem was almost washed out i would like to thank the organisers for their efforts and ask more people to come out and support it next
year,if there is one?it was really disappointing to see so few people there.I realise the forecast was rubbish but even so,and no traders since Six spares
sold to Rimmers.5 auotojumblers which became three by Saturday afternoon.I failed again to get the Vitesse roadworthy but turned up in the eurobox.
I picked my recon carbs up from Andrew Turner at the show so should be mot'd within a month.

I would like to echo Steve's comments and thank all those involved in setting the weekend up.
I managed to get there this morning with the hood down all the way - didn't get wet until the traffic lights in the Town Centre - shame about the rain,
but it was good to see the cars that were there. Had to leave at 12.30 to get home for family reasons - got more wet driving home from a leak in the
front hood seal! Still the car ran well and the bacon sarnie was nice!

Well I turned up (early)!, and I had a pretty good time, although I agree that it appeared many people were put off by a poor weather forecast -
shame, but I guess that's what you get with outdoor events. Hopefully the event will continue next year, and if we're lucky the british weather
might even hold out.

A heartfelt thanks to everyone who came out to join us last weekend for SEM.
Unfortunately the weather did let us down again but we were very glad to see so many hardy Triumphanatics did come out to play and mostly it appears,
did have a good weekend.
We think the answer for next year is that if we leave the suntan lotion behind and everyone packs brollies and wellies then we should be guaranteed
sunshine!
Just a couple of notes from the weekend. Can anyone identify the owner of the TR (BHJ 274F) who came runner up in the judging as they left before
prize-giving and we'd like to be able to send the trophy on to them.
Also, a pair of specs was handed in to Control on Sunday afternoon which weren't claimed. Please contact us if anyone know who they belong to so that
we can return them to their owner.
Thanks
Guy & Suzie

Aye, was a good weekend, if a little damp and sparse at times (nice photo above, in one of the sunny spells - that's my black&white brolly
stuck into the ground next to my royal blue 1200!), just made all of us who aren't blessed with soft tops a little less jealous than we would have
been in a heatwave that's all.
Cheers to Adam for the trunion oiling (and advice on the wheel bearings!), much appreciated.
It was the start of a long week for my car, managed to cover 500 miles in total, all over the place including a trip to Minehead and back from
Guildford, did very well - only issue was discovering what a horrible noise a fan belt makes when it starts slipping...
