Weather forecast looks good, fair all weekend

Looks like my night tonight will be spent cleaning, polishing and rust hiding!

Who else is going this weekend?

  I will be there.... with all the rust on show!! I wear it as a proud badge of a car that is used everyday in all weathers..

  Yes a Few of us Suffolk Area will be there so it would be good to meet up with you.
  Looking forward to SEM, as ive already done my polishing before the Ipswich to Felixstowe run last week (3 nice club Spits in convoy and on the prom, attracted a lot of interest & probably a new member or two)

    It's okay Nigel, Mines a daily driver aswell, so there's gonna be plenty of rust on show
    
    I'll be there in my little white 1500, i've fished out the origional sales reciept from 78 and framed it, so that'll be on show. I'm going to be taking my new girl along to see if i can convince her to buy me (i mean her) a project car, she grew up with an uncle who was into restoring capri mk1's
    
    Anyway, hope to see a few of you there.

      Ill be there, waiting to see what the weather is like on which day i go. any idea what time it opens tomorrow?
      
      wished i could come up in my vitesse, but still not got bonnet or doors on so would be bit drafty.

          I hope to be there both days. The car is already full up with spares for the autojumble. If anyone wants and Aldon Ignitor electronic ignition system for their Spitfire Delco distributor I have one for sale. It is suitable for Distributors with the code D200 - 7952800 stamped on them. As a further check, the points plate should have dimples on it, if it has small raised rivets it won't fit. If the weather's bad I may not set up the stall, but all the stuff will be in the car, so say 'hi' if you see me around. I will be bringing my 'G' reg Wedgewood Vitesse 2-Litre Saloon. Cheers, Dave.

      As it's currently being fixed up though I won't be bringing my red thing - current plan is to bring something else - but I'm not saying what it is until it's all been sorted...

        hI all,
        We will be there too.............David in his green GT6 Mk1 with the rugrat and I will be driving my mk2 spit......................never actually gone further than 30 miles in it and I think its only covered 60 miles in the last 10 days..............previous to that it was off the road for 30 years!!!!! So fingers crossed i wont need fj breakdown service!!!!!
