    I recently sent my IVR for my 13/60 to Derek by Email.(Only taken me 2 Years!) Had a teriffic response from him with answers to most of my questions and a promise to keep a look and let me know if any more useful info comes up. Great Service!!

      I sent in an IVR for both the Vitesse and 13.60 - got a reply back from both, the Vitesse one was more comprehensive than the 13/60 but both were good and worthwhile

        I just want to know my Vitesse I.V.R. has been received by the right person.
        Now, I know there is a worry that I.V.R. information can be misused. However , what harm could come from publishing a list of Reg. Nos. only, on the Club website, of the cars which have had I.V.R's sent in ?
        Of course I realise the existing work involved is very time consuming and am certainly grateful for this, which is done voluntarily and so well already.
        Therefore, what I'm suggesting, no, pleading for, is that some responsible lady or gentleman volunteers to do a "one-off" job of listing, by model group, all the relevant Reg. Nos.
        Once the job is done maybe the I.V.R. Secretary would find it easy to add to that list as the I.V.R's came in and we would have our confirmation of receipt.
        For members without access to the T.S.S.C. website I wonder if it would take up too much space in the Courier to publish a "part-list" every few months ?

          The IVR's work best when a number of forms have been submitted to enable the Reg Sec to collate the data and work out the emerging patterns.
          
          Hence liklely, why both the Vitesse and 13/60 Herald are producing the best data at the moment as they've been running the longest. From time to time, each Reg Sec will do an article in the " Courier " depending on what info has been collated and how it fits into the existing data and where gaps are filled.
          
          Please also bear in mind the Reg Sec's ( and all club officials ) are Triumph enthauists and the work is volountary and all done in their spare time, over and above family & work commitments.
          
          IMHO, each Reg Sec is the bet placed to do this rather than a centrally held database as they are the ones specialising
          in the individual marque.
          
          If you've sent your IVR to the club office, it will get to the right Reg Sec,
          
          The important message is, If you've not IVR'd your car, Send it in NOW

            What you say, Chris, is all very true and I accept your comments unreservedly.
            However, you do not address the point I made regarding a list of car registration numbers ONLY.
            I know such would not be your intention but your comments have the effect of cutting this "thread" and maybe missing a more practical suggestion than mine.

              It was'nt my intention to try to terminate the thread, the point I was attempting to make, which may not have come across is that their is'nt just one IRV Sec , theirs 6.
              
              I stand to be corrected by the Reg Sec's, but would estimate the data runs into a couple of thousand IVR's across the small chassis triumphs, mainly Spits as their the most common within the club, and followed by Vitesse's and 13/60's as these IVR's have been running the longest. Hence the data is fairly large and would take considerable time to compile as it's unlikely to be in the same format.
              
              I guess the only reason you'd wish the vehicle reg's to be published on the web site / Courier is as a check if they've been IVR'd.
              
              Whilst it's a possibility, I suspect we'd have to have a tick box on the IVR to ask the owner if they'd mind having their Reg details made available on the web site and the Courier.
              
              My other thought is that Dick Plumridge ( Vitesse Reg sec ) has made several plea's for owners of Vitesse's to come forward which have not been IVR'd, Vehicles he'd seen either at shows or on the road and the response has been minimal.
              
              I know we'd only find out if we tried, but is it worth all the initial work ?

                I will back Chris's comments. Dick Plumridge (Club Archivist) is very keen to obtain any information on the Vitesse, a number of which he knows are out there but he still lack info on them.
                
                I will add that Dick is doing a superb job in producing/maintaining a database of the number of suviving Vitesses and this will be of great help to us all in the future. He has also produced many interesting articles, with the owners agreement, concerning the background of car that have suvived.
                
                On the subject of the IVR - People can either send their Vitesse details directly to Dick or to me as the Vitesse Reg Sec, I am only to willing pass them on to Dick.
                
                As Vit Reg Sec I am looking for a story and a photo about members cars for articles in the Vit Reg Column, any IVR info I receive will immediately be passed to Dick.

                  Thankyou Chris and thankyou Dave for your thoughts on I.V.R's. Obviously they're heartfelt from two very genuine guys.
                  My wish for a published/posted list of Reg. Nos. ONLY would not even have to specify a model and I think could only be of interest to the vehicle owner, however I admit to being a bit naive in matters of possible deception.
                  Yes, Chris, my purpose is simply to find out if my I.V.R. was received.
                  Yes, you also made me feel guilty cos I should have sent it in much sooner ! Or, have I even sent it in now ? I simply don't remember.
                  Finally, anyone who does not wish their Reg. No. to be known by anyone else --- Are you willing to blank it out on your car ???

    Hello,
    I sent my IVR forms, photos etc. off when I got my GT6 (June, I think!) but never heard anything either... Anyone had any luck?
    
    What sort of info do people normally get back - the IVR page says you can request an "info pack" whatever that is... I've tried emailing Colin a couple of times but have had no reply... maybe he's just stamp collecting...!
