I am trying to trace any history on this vehicle, previous owners, owned when and to, any restoration. etc.
Any information would be much appreciated.

have you tried the DVLA swansea yet? For just £5 they will give you a copy of previous owners and taxation details sometimes.
I think your reg is a SE London Kent one. Around Dartford Bexleyheath or similar.
