  Get in touch with Andrew Turner the carb specialist (you will find him in the Trader section) he is an agent for Phoenix and sells the special resonator box you are looking for. I have one on my Spitfire 1500 and I can thoroughly recommend both him and the Phoenix manifold and centre box.

    Thanks, but i need a centre pipe only and not a box, i have one but it is too small as it fits the interior of the y piece and not the exterior, the problem is that commercially you are only able to by the centre section with the silencer/silencers and i have that already.

      It is only a straight pipe, so you should be able to mail order / buy it from someone who makes bespoke Stainless exhausts, you may even be able to get it at a motorist discount type place or a rally parts place.
      
      I am really surprised the Phoenix themselves will not flog you what is just a bit of pipe.

        Colin, to be fair I have not approached them for it, but the suppliers who sell them seem to insist on the complete system or backbox inclusive, will try them now,
